Jimy.online is an AI-powered website builder. You describe what you want, and our system generates a fully designed, multi-page website and deploys it to a live URL on your behalf. The service includes site generation, hosting, media storage, edit requests, and optional custom domain support. All generated sites are static HTML hosted on Cloudflare's global network.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Jimy.online. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including keeping your login credentials secure. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, abuse free credits, or evade suspension is not permitted and may result in all associated accounts being terminated.

Power credits are consumed when generating or editing sites. Unused credits do not roll over — they reset on a 30-day cycle tied to your account creation date. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, credit allocations, or plan features at any time. Existing subscribers will be given notice before any changes affect their active subscription.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal accessible from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your Pro benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. If a payment fails, your account may be downgraded until the issue is resolved.
You retain full ownership of the content you provide to us — including descriptions, images, videos, audio, and any other media you upload. The websites generated by our AI based on your input are yours to use, modify, and distribute as you see fit. We do not claim ownership over your generated sites.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you provide does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights. If you upload images, logos, or text that belong to someone else, you must have the right to use them.

We reserve the right to review, remove, or disable any site or account that we determine violates these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent suspension.
Sites built on Jimy.online are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for high-quality output, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended results. You are responsible for reviewing your generated site before sharing it publicly. Jimy.online does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
We aim to keep Jimy.online available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, or make changes to features at any time, which may temporarily affect availability. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jimy.online and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using Jimy.online at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the email below. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or if required by law. Upon termination, your generated sites may be taken offline and your stored data (including uploaded media and site files) may be permanently deleted after 30 days.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you via email. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
