Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information Jimy.online collects, why we collect it, how it is stored and shared, and what rights you have over your data. By using the service, you consent to the practices described below.
We collect information in the following categories:
Account information: When you register (directly or via Google sign-in), we collect your email address and display name. This is required to create and manage your account, authenticate you, and deliver your generated sites.
Site content: The descriptions, instructions, and prompts you submit when ordering or editing a website. This content is processed by our AI to generate your site and is stored alongside your order history.
Uploaded media: Images, videos, and audio files you upload for use in your generated sites. These files are stored in cloud storage and served publicly via your site's URLs. You should only upload media you have the right to use.
Payment information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, your billing details (card number, billing address) are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full card number. We only receive confirmation of payment status and your Stripe customer ID.
Usage data: We track your power credit balance, generation history, subscription status, and edit request history to operate the service and display usage information in your dashboard.
To provide and operate the service: Your descriptions and media are used to generate websites. Your email is used to deliver site URLs and associate orders with your account.
To manage billing: Your subscription status and credit balance are tracked to enforce plan limits and process renewals.
To communicate with you: We send transactional emails when your site is ready, when your subscription status changes, or when there are important updates to the service or these policies. We do not send marketing emails.
To maintain and improve the service: We may review aggregate usage patterns to understand how the platform is used, identify issues, and improve reliability. We do not use your site content or personal data to train AI models.
Jimy.online relies on trusted third-party services to operate. Each handles a specific part of the platform:
We do not share your data with any other third parties, and none of the above services are given access to data beyond what is necessary for their function.
Account and order data is stored in our content management system, hosted on a secured server. Access is restricted to authenticated API calls.
Uploaded media is stored in Cloudflare R2, a globally distributed cloud storage service. Media files are accessible via public URLs so they can be displayed on your generated sites.
Generated site files are hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which provides HTTPS encryption and global CDN distribution.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all communications and restricted access to backend systems. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Jimy.online does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We store a single authentication token (JWT) in your browser's localStorage to keep you signed in between visits. This token is created when you log in and is removed when you log out. No third-party analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or tracking technologies are used on any part of the platform.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data is only shared with the third-party services listed in Section 3, and only to the extent necessary to operate the platform. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

We retain your account data, order history, and generated sites for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your account and data remain intact — you simply revert to the Free plan.
If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data, take your generated sites offline, and delete your uploaded media within 30 days. Some data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days after deletion, after which it is permanently purged.
Credit logs and transaction records may be retained for up to 12 months after account deletion for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
Jimy.online is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will take steps to delete their account and associated data.
Jimy.online is operated from Malaysia. Your data may be processed and stored in multiple regions through our use of Cloudflare's global infrastructure. By using the service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data outside your country of residence.
We may update this privacy policy as our service evolves or as required by law. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes that affect how your data is collected, used, or shared, we will notify you via email. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
